Start brainstorming some ideas, wheter or not if you want the episode to be straightfoward like The Invasion or The Great Empire or making hub areas leading to other worlds like The reign of the Gatekeepers...
Also try to get some motivation if you want to make some big or small pogress. This is how i finished my very first demo.
