The Mario Wonder athletic theme fits the level well, haha!

Anyway, I liked how the rotating platforms are used at this level. The chained Biddybuds and Fuzzies are good at stopping the Player from idling on one platform. There's also the second star coin, which you can collect using the Propeller Mushroom or riding on the swinging platform. I like how the level balances out the Propeller Mushroom to prevent you from easily cheesing the whole level. However, there were a few design choices that felt odd. The Stingbies are placed so high that they're more of a nuisance than a challenge to the level. The Red Ring offers a good challenge, but it ends surprisingly early. Perhaps the duration could be closer to the NSMB series? And if you lose your power-up in the final section, you're kaput. A generator that spawns only one Propeller Mushroom at a time can alleviate time loss from restarting at the checkpoint. Despite all this, the level still delivers an enjoyable time.
