Mario and Luigi: The Legend of the Koopalings is an episode that provides all of the NPCs that have been featured on Super Mario All Stars with all four games in that compilation (basegame and custom NPCs through GFX and NPC packs), most of the NPCs from Super Mario World and some NPCs from other games as well, all of the Koopalings from SMB3 as bosses, comes with a bunch of new power-ups like the Mini Mushroom, Propeller Suit, Superball Flower, and more, and also has Mario and Luigi as the two exclusive playable characters for the episodes, because the episode title has "Mario and Luigi".
