Hello everyone! It's been a while, but thanks to the playthroughs of various people, I've fixed more bugs and overhauled lots more things to make sure everything is finalized for the first world, so when we get back to later demos, we can focus on future content!

Anyways, here's the changelog for you readers out there:
Spoiler: show

Nerfed the escape section of 1-3 once again:
- The terrain is no longer slippery, so the player can maneuver around better with the autoscroller.
- The swoopers' hitboxes have been reduced to no longer catch you off-guard, as well as giving them light to see them better.
- The 1st and last Star Coins of the level have been tweaked to make them more of one-shot attempts to get instead of easy/hard challenges that people struggle for a long while.

- Updated the healthbar sprites to use Gate's healthbar sprites in his own engine.

- The Star Coins now save once they are collected, to prevent them from disappearing if you somehow start from the beginning of a level.

- The game now saves when you lose a life AND exit the level from pause menu.

- Signote now has text for some areas I forgot to add those for him.

- The secret Todd area of 1-5 is no longer pitch black and the exit is properly implemented.

- Removed some of the lazy blocks from 1-4 and replaced them with more fitting blocks.

- Added missing door effect for 1-EX.

- The sound effects for starting the game in title screen have been changed.

- The Outmaway Guard on the west exit of Shiverwood Town now has new dialogue when you beat Spirali and Rocchione.

The kill counter gimmick of 1-6 has been overhauled:
- The kill counter is now checked using a mapped table instead of incrementing a number, to prevent stacking kills on the same Toads.
- The Toads that the player "kills" are now despawned if they die or exit the level. They are brought back after you complete the level.
- Some GameData variables have been turned to SaveData variables to prevent the Game Overs from resetting them.

The progression towards 1-7 has been made less obscure:
- The map will now tell you to visit Shiverwood Town after you clear 1-6. Talk to Merlon to learn about Spirali's plan and follow him to 1-7.
- But what's this? HE has made an ice barrier to prevent you from reaching him? Then go back to Shiverwood Town, talk to Merlon again and he'll follow you there and melt the barrier so you can start the level properly!
